Meet the Doctor

Dr. Harper is a Board Certified specialist of Internal Medicine with over 25 years of experience serving citizens of Douglas, Georgia and surrounding counties.  Internal Medicine physicians specialize in adult health care ranging from simple to the most complex problems.

​Dr. Harper is a native of Douglas, Georgia and has practiced in the civilian and military sector throughout the United States.

Nurse Practitioners

Mallory O'Brien, FNP-C

Mallory is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been working with Dr. Harper since 2016. She also runs Glow Aesthetics. She and her husband, Jay, have two boys and live here in Douglas, Georgia.

Laura Williams, FNP-C

Laura was born and raised in Douglas. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with several years in the healthcare sector. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, and their two sons.

Amy Whitley, FNP-C

Amy is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. After several years at CRMC, she joined Dr. Harper in private practice. She and her husband, derrick, have a daughter, Taylor, and son, Aaron.
